As of Monday, 15 June 2020, Gautrain will commence operating its Airport service. Trains will operate daily to and from OR Tambo. The first train to depart from Sandton and OR Tambo stations will be at 05h30. On weekdays, trains operate at 15-minute intervals in the peak periods and at 30-minute intervals in the off-peak periods.

• The peak periods are between 06h00 – 09h00 and 14h30 – 18h00.
• The off-peak periods are between 09h00 – 14h30 and 18h00 – 20h30.

On weekends and public holidays trains operate at 30-minute intervals throughout the day. Please note additional health and safety measures will be in place to help avoid the spread of COVID-19.

For a limited period and until further notice, all rail-users may park for FREE for the first 24-hours only. Thereafter standard parking fares will apply.
