Refunds on Weekly and Monthly Train Products

Please note that refunds on Weekly & Monthly Products will be processed only once the Product has expired. If you want your refund to be processed before the Product expires, please block your Gautrain card on the website and then submit your claim. Your online refund is then likely to be processed between 3 – 5 business days, up to 14 business days.
